For comparison — Datadog charges $15/host/month. New Relic and Dynatrace are higher. RackWatch is built to be the self-hosted alternative that doesn't cost like an enterprise contract.
Annual prepay: 10 months for the price of 12. Email hello@rackwatch.io to lock it in.
Common questions.
Short answers. Longer ones live on the contact page.
Is the trial really 14 days?
Yes. Full functionality, no credit card required to start. At day 14 the platform will stop accepting new agent data unless you've converted to a paid plan.
Does anything phone home?
No. Agents only talk to the platform address you configure at install. No analytics, no error reporting, no third-party telemetry.
Can I run it air-gapped?
Yes, on the Enterprise tier. No outbound internet required once the binaries are on the network. Patch-info databases can be mirrored offline.
Can I audit the agent before installing it?
Yes. The agent is open source at github.com/rackwatch/rackwatch-agent — you can review exactly what it reads on your servers before running it.
